3. Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the shipping options and costs?
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders! For faster delivery, you can select our express shipping option at checkout for an additional fee.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Depending on our current workload, please allow 3-14 business days for creation and processing before shipping, as each piece is handmade.

    Standard shipping typically takes an additional 7-14 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

    Please note, that we are not responsible for any possible delays due to customs

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email containing a tracking number, so you can easily monitor your delivery status.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we offer international shipping to North America and Europe.
