• Return Policy: Returns are accepted on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return Process: Contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you with the return process.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement for you.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
